Appointment of Director

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Christine Montgomery as a non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 6 April 2022. Christine has over 30 years of investment management experience, most recently as Head of Global Equities for AustralianSuper in Melbourne from 2016-2019. She previously held senior global equity roles at Fidelity Worldwide Investments, Franklin Templeton Investments and Aegon. She is currently a non-executive director of Dunedin Income and Growth Investment Trust and True Potential Administration LLP.

At 25 March 2022, Ms Montgomery had a beneficial interest of 5,000 shares in the Company.

There is no other information in respect of Ms Montgomery required to be disclosed under section 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.

Lord Macpherson of Earl's Court, Chairman-elect, commented: "We are delighted that Christine has agreed to join the Board and are confident that her knowledge and abilities will be of great benefit to SAINTS in the years ahead."

The appointment of Ms Montgomery falls to be ratified by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in 2023.
