Tivoli receives licence to operate international online casino

Tivoli A/S has received approval to operate an international online casino in Malta from the Maltese gaming authority (Lottery and Gaming Authority Malta).

Tivoli A/S chose to seek an international online casino approval in Malta since the country is a member state of the EU, thus ensuring transparency in legislative and tax matters, furthermore Malta is the only country in Europe which offers international gaming licences. In order to operate the online casino Tivoli A/S has created a fully owned company in Malta.

It is the ambition that profits from the new online casino company will finance the development of Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen, e.g. new rides, cultural activities and contribute to the Company's on-going operations.
