Chemring Group PLC ("Chemring" or "the Company") announces that, on 22 March 2022, an award over 336,391 ordinary 1p shares in the capital of the Company previously granted on 22 March 2019 under the Chemring Group Performance Share Plan to Andrew Lewis, a director of the Company, vested in full. Further details on the basis for vesting of the award were disclosed in the Company's 2021 Annual Report.
Following the vesting, 158,899 ordinary 1p shares were sold on 22 March 2022 on behalf of Mr Lewis to cover tax and national insurance liabilities arising on vesting.
