Mountview Estates Plc (LSE: MTVW) announces that Dr Andrew Williams, a non-executive director, informed the Company yesterday that his wife, Charlotte Williams and his two children had purchased a total of 198 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company on 21 March 2022 at a price of £135.15 per share.

Following this transaction, Dr Williams' total beneficial interest in the Company will be 62,510 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.60 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
