The Company announces that the name of the Company's Alternative Investment Fund Manager (the "AIFM") has been changed from Henderson Investment Funds Limited to Janus Henderson Fund Management UK Limited.

There is no change to the Company's investment management arrangements as a result of the AIFM's name change.
