Dividend Declaration

The Board of Lowland Investment Company plc announces:

Dividend on the Ordinary Shares

That a first interim dividend of 1.525p per Ordinary Share, in respect of the year ending 30 September 2022, is to be paid on 29 April 2022 to holders registered at the close of business on 1 April 2022. This compares with the dividend of 1.50p per Ordinary Share (restated to reflect the ten for one share split which took place on 7 February 2022) for the same period last year. This dividend is to be paid from the Company's revenue account and distributable capital reserves. 

The Company's shares will trade ex-dividend on 31 March 2022.
