The Company announces that it has today posted the 2022 Notice of Annual General Meeting ('2022 Notice of AGM') to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications. The 2022 Notice of AGM can also be downloaded from the Company's website, www.serco.com

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00am on Thursday 28 April 2022 at the Company's office at Enterprise House, 11 Bartley Wood Business Park, Bartley Way, Hook, Hampshire RG27 9XB.

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R, the 2022 Notice of AGM will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will, in due course, be available for inspection at www.fca.org.uk/markets/primary-markets/regulatory-disclosures/national-storage-mechanism
