Transaction in Own Shares • Sep 8, 2014

On 1 September 2014 SimCorp A/S announced a share buyback program in compliance
with the provisions of Commission Regulation No. 2273/2003 of 22 December 2003,
also referred to as the “Safe Harbour”.

In connection with the program SimCorp A/S will repurchase shares for an amount
of up to EUR 10.0m (approx. DKK 74.6m) in the period from 2 September 2014 to
13 February 2015.

The following transactions have been executed under the program:

Following above purchases, SimCorp holds 584,645 treasury shares corresponding
to 1.46% of the share capital.
