Grant of nil cost options by the Company under the Company's Deferred Share Bonus plan over 58,146  shares. The award normally vests after 3 years.

The award is a deferral of a third of annual bonus for the 2021 financial year. The vesting of the award and release of shares is not subject to any further post-grant performance condition, other than continued service.
