Publication of 2021 Annual Report and Accounts
Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that it has today published online its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2021 (the "2021 Annual Report").
In compliance with rule 6.3.5 (3), of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the 2021 Annual Report can be downloaded in pdf format from the Company's website at www.astonmartinlagonda.com/investors/annual-report
A hard copy version of the 2021 Annual Report will be dispatched to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications in due course.
In accordance with rule 9.6.3 of the Listing Rules, the 2021 Annual Report has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
