Portfolio Update

SuperSeed Capital Limited, a company established as a Venture Capital fund of funds for early-stage technology investing is pleased to provide an update on the Company's investment portfolio and activities since its IPO on the Aquis Stock Exchange.

SuperSeed Fund II

SuperSeed Fund II ("Fund II"), which is currently SuperSeed Capital's primary investment, successfully completed its first closing on the 12th of January 2022 having raised £31m.

Since the start of 2022 Fund II has invested in two companies: Ai Build, an Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered software platform that enables the world's fastest and most reliable large-scale 3D printing and ThingTrax, an AI, cloud computing and Internet of Things (IoT) technology solutions provider for modernising manufacturing factories.

Q1 and Future Pipeline

Fund II is currently assessing over 30 attractive investment opportunities from its scouting network across the UK & Nordics with two further investments due to complete this quarter into fast-growing Software as a Service (SaaS) companies. Several of the new investments are already on course to complete Series A funding rounds in 2022 which is expected to positively impact fund NAV this calendar year.

Beyond Q1, Fund II continues to see a strong pipeline of investment opportunities particularly in the Quantum Computing, Industry 4.0, SaaS and Enterprise Automation and DevOps/CyberSec space.
