ANNOUNCEMENT
Societatea Energetica Electrica SA (Electrica) informs the shareholders and investors that the Individual and Consolidated Budget of Electrica for 2022, submitted for the approval of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated 20 April 2022, is available on the Company's website, by following: https://www.electrica.ro/en/investors/general-meetings-of-shareholders/2022-gms/general-meeting-ofshareholders-as-of-20-april-2022/.
The documents in hard copy may be retrieved at Company's headquarters, located in Bucharest, 9 Grigore Alexandrescu Street, 1st District, which operates from Monday to Thursday, between 08:00 and 17:00 (Romanian time), and on Friday, between 08:00 and 14:30 (Romanian time), except for public holidays.
In the event of legislative changes and of the regulatory framework, likely to impact the budget projections of Electrica for 2022, the draft budget may be revised accordingly, and shall be submitted for shareholders' approval in the revised form.
