RESULTS OF THE CONSENT SOLICITATION WITH BONDHOLDERS

Dignity notes the announcement made today by Dignity Finance plc ("Dignity Finance"), a Group subsidiary, of the successful conclusion of the consent solicitation period with its Bondholders in relation to a proposed temporary covenant waiver. The Bondholders voted with 95.19 per cent of votes cast being in favour of the proposal.
