The announcement stated that Baronsmead Second Venture Trust Plc ("the Company") bought back 884,000 ordinary shares into Treasury. The correct announcement should state that the Company sold 884,000 ordinary shares from Treasury.

The Board of Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc (the "Company") announces that on 8 March 2022, 884,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each were sold by the Company from the shares held in Treasury at a price of 72.25 pence per share.

The resultant total number of Ordinary shares held in Treasury by the Company is 30,292,705.

The resultant total number of Ordinary shares in issue excluding shares held in Treasury (and therefore the total number of voting rights of shares in circulation) is 308,701,044.

The total number of Ordinary shares that the company has in issue is 338,993,749.
