BRAEMAR SHIPPING SERVICES PLC

Block Listing Application

Braemar (LSE: BMS), a leading international Shipbroker and provider of expert advice in shipping investment, chartering and risk management, announces that a block listing application has been made for 550,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company (the "Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.  

The Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of share options granted under the following Braemar 'Save As You Earn' ("SAYE") schemes:

United Kingdom SAYE scheme	414,000
International SAYE Scheme	136,000

The Shares shall, on issue, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue and will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the exercise of options under the SAYE. More information on the SAYE can be found in the Company's 2021 Annual Report.

It is expected that admission will become effective on 14 March 2022. Following admission, the Company's issued share capital remains unchanged at 32,200,279 ordinary shares.
