Completion of third tranche of share repurchase programme

7 March 2022: Kingfisher plc (the "Company" or "Kingfisher") announces that the third £75m tranche of the £300m share repurchase programme announced on 21 September 2021 to purchase its shares for cancellation has now completed.

Barclays Capital Securities Limited, who undertook this tranche on Kingfisher's behalf (as announced on 25 January 2022), purchased 24,215,979 shares for a total consideration of £75 million.

As a result, Kingfisher has now returned £225 million out of the £300 million share repurchase programme.

Further details on the final tranche of the share repurchase programme will be announced in due course.
