Final dividend

I am also pleased to announce that the Board is recommending the reinstatement of a dividend. The recommended final dividend for 2021 is 85.9 cents. Subject to shareholder approval at IHG's 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM), the final dividend will be paid on 17 May 2022 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 1 April 2022. The sterling amount of the final dividend will be announced on 27 April 2022, calculated based on the average of the market exchange rates for the three working days commencing 22 April 2022.

The AGM

Our AGM will be held on Friday 6 May 2022. Further information on the AGM will be sent to you separately together with the Notice of AGM (which will set out the resolutions to be put to the AGM and information about the business of the AGM).
