Rockwood Realisation (AIM: RKW), announces that it received notice on 7 March 2022 that Mr Christopher Mills, via Harwood Capital LLP, Chief Executive of the investment manager, purchased 3,819 ordinary shares in the capital of RKW at a price of 1360.401 pence per Ordinary Share, on 4 March 2022. 

Following the purchase, Mr Mills' resultant holding in RKW is 233,423 Ordinary Shares, reflecting 9.19% of the Company's issued share capital.
