Director's & PDMR dealings
Primary Health Properties PLC (the "Company" or "PHP"), one of the UK's leading investors in modern primary healthcare facilities announces the following share dealings by a Director and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR's").
VG Corporate Trustee Limited ("VG"), the trustee of the Company's employee benefit trust, acquired 112,329 Ordinary Shares of 12.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 136.9 pence on 3 March 2022, as bare trustee for Richard Howell, Chief Financial Officer, Christopher Santer, Chief Investment Officer and David Bateman, Head of Investments under the Company's performance incentive fee arrangements ("PIF") for 2021 and for Richard Howell, under arrangements for deferral of 30% of his annual bonus into Ordinary Shares. All these shares must be held for a minimum three years.
