INFORMATION ON INCREASE OF CAPITAL STOCK IN DEPENDENT COMPANY

Agencija za privredne registre Republike Srbije (The Serbian Business Registers Agency) registered on 06 February, 2012, the increase of the capital stock of the company Preduzeće za proizvodnju i promet ADP d.o.o., Mladenovac, Kralja Petra I 334 (hereinafter: ADP d.o.o.) by investing of objects, by the amount of EUR 1,250,832.00, which amounts to 132,233,205.88 dinar in the corresponding value of EUR in dinar at the average rate of exchange of Narodna banka Srbije on the day of introduction to the company.

The mentioned registration was carried out on the basis of the Decision of AD PLASTIK d.d., Matoševa 8, Solin, as the founder and the sole member of ADP d.o.o., on increase of the capital stock of ADP d.o.o. by investing of objects, of 01 February, 2012.

The capital stock of ADP d.o.o. was thereby increased from EUR 2,000.00 (207,673.80 dinar) by EUR 1,250,832.00 (132,233,205.88 dinar) to EUR 1,252,832.00 (132,440,879.68 dinar)
