INFORMATION ON MAKING OF DECISION on payment of down payment of dividend from part of net profit realized in 2011

The Management Board of the company AD PLASTIK d.d., Matoševa 8, Solin (hereinafter: the Company) has, on 15 February, 2102, decided, with the previous consent of the Supervisory Board of the Company:

• that the down payment of the dividend for the year 2011 be paid to Company shareholders in the amount of kn 2.47 per share with the designation ADPL-R-A, at the expense of the net profit of the Company for 2011.

• that the subject down payment of the dividend be paid to shareholders which were registered as holders of shares of the Company with the designation ADPL-R-A in the depository of Središnje klirinško depozitarno društvo d.d., on 15 February, 2012.

• that the shareholders acquire the claims for payment of the down payment of the dividend as of 15 February, 2012.

• that the period for payment of the down payment of the dividend lasts from 16 February, 2012, to 29 February, 2012.
