In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, as at the close of business on 2 March 2022 Spectris' issued share capital consisted of 115,582,582 ordinary shares of £0.05 each, of which 4,759,054 shares were held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of shares with full voting rights in Spectris as at the close of business on the above date was 110,823,528.
