Transaction in own shares

PIP announces that on 2 March 2022, the Company purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of 6.7p (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of £2.942093 pence per Ordinary Share to be held in Treasury.

Total Voting Rights

Following the share buyback, the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital consists of 540,894,470 Ordinary Shares, of which 1,250,000 shares are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is 539,644,470 Ordinary Shares. Each share has one voting right.
