Confirmation of Board Change
Further to the announcement on 21 January 2022, Dunelm Group plc ("Dunelm" or the "Company"), the UK's leading homewares retailer, is pleased to confirm that Kelly Devine has today joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director.
No further disclosures are required under LR 9.6.14 with respect to this appointment, and together with her 'persons closely associated' Kelly currently has no beneficial interests in the Company's ordinary shares of one pence each.
