Exchange rate for the interim dividend

for the period from 1 October 2021 to 31 December 2021

The Company announces that the USD:GBP exchange rate for the previously announced interim dividend for the period from 1 October 2021 to 31 December 2021 of 1.4 cents per ordinary share has been set at  1.34274148. The sterling equivalent dividend payable is 1.04264 pence per ordinary share.  The dividend will be paid in sterling on 11 March 2022 to shareholders on the register at 25 February 2022.
