Designation of EU Home Member State

International Personal Finance plc (IPF) announces that, following the delisting of its shares from the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 22 February 2022, it has elected Ireland as its Home Member State for the purposes of the EU Transparency Directive (2004/109/EC) effective 23 February 2022.

IPF's shares will continue to be listed on the London Stock Exchange.
