AD Plastik, joint stock company for automotive plastic components manufacturing, 21210 Solin, Matoševa 8, MB 3440494, PIN (OIB) 48351740621 (hereinafter: the Company), on 7^th November 2011, issues the following

NOTIFICATION

The below listed assignees bought from the company ADP-ESOP, d.o.o. (hereinafter: ADP-ESOP), in the procedure of realization of the ESOP program, on 3^rd November 2011, the Company shares at the price of HRK 120 per share, with the payment period of 5 to 10 years, with fixed interest rate of 6% annually, under other conditions as defined in that program for all the employees of the Company and the employees of the companies affiliated with the Company, as follows:

• 1. Katija Klepo, Management Board Member, bought 25,800 Company shares, so that, with the previously acquired Company shares, she holds a total of 65,697 shares,
• 1. Mladen Peroš, Management Board Member, bought 19,800 Company shares, so that, with the previously acquired Company shares, he holds a total of 26,095 shares,
• 1. Nenad Marković, Management Board Member, bought 12,000 Company shares, so that, with the previously acquired Company shares, he holds a total of 18,976 shares,
• 1. Marijo Grgurinović, Supervisory Board Deputy Chairman, bought 9,900 Company shares, so that, with the previously acquired Company shares, he holds a total of 13.521 shares,
• 1. Ivica Tolić, Management Board Member, bought 9,900 Company shares, so that, with the previously acquired Company shares, he holds a total of 49,179 shares,
• 1. Ivka Bogdan, Supervisory Board Member, bought 5.400 Company shares, so that, with the previously acquired Company shares, she holds a total of 38,849 shares.
