INFORMATION ON NEW BUSINESS VENTURES OF THE COMPANY AD PLASTIK, D.D. SOLIN

In accordance with strategic goals and business plans, as well as contracts concluded with buyers – car factories, the company AD Plastik, d.d., Solin (AD Plastik) plans to establish a company in the city Mladenovac, near Belgrade in the Republic of Serbia, and a company in the city of Kaluga, Kaluga region, near Moscow in Russian Federation, by the end of this year.

The company in the city Mladenovac, Serbia (ADP Mladenovac) will be organized as a limited liability company. AD Plastik will be the only member (founder) of that newly established company. We are planning for ADP-Mladenovac to purchase in the next few months in the city Mladenovac necessary real estate, namely buildings, of the area of approx. 13,000 m2, which are located on the land property of the area of approx. 24,000 m2, as well as machinery and equipment, and businesses with relevant buyers and suppliers. ADP Mladenovac will begin with business activities (production) at the beginning of 2012.

AD Plastik concluded an agreement with the buyer FIAT on the production of plastic parts for the new vehicle of project title "L0" and in this manner included itself into the panel of that company's suppliers. The positions air intakes under the instrument panel have been contracted, and negotiations are ongoing with existing FIAT suppliers on cooperation. In the year 2012 the production of 27,000 vehicles is planned, and in the year 2013 an increase to 120,000 vehicles.

In the year 2012, the realization of building insulations assortment and the realization of products in felt are planned, which already exists on the location.

We are also planning to expand the production for other potential buyers in the region in the newly established company ADP Mladenovac. Target markets, with expansion of production for FIAT, are Romania, Slovakia and Hungary.

In the city Kaluga, Russia, a closed joint stock company will do business, which exists today under the name ZAO ADP-Luga, with the seat in the city Luga, Russian Federation. That company will change its seat from the city Luga to the city Kaluga (ZAO ADP Kaluga). AD Plastik is the only member (founder) of that company.

Apart from contracted production for Renault and PSA, we are planning for ZAO ADP Kaluga to establish business cooperation, and conclude agreements with other buyers in the Kaluga region as well.

ZAO ADP Kaluga will begin with business operations in May of 2012, with the production of insulations for the buyer Avtoframos. After that we will start the production of carpets and roof linings.

In the year 2013 the beginning of production in injection technology is planned in this location, as well.
