Safestore Holdings plc (the 'Company')

Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them

The Company has been notified of the following transactions undertaken by Frederic Vecchioli, a director/ person discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMR') and his wife, Laetitia Vecchioli, a person closely association ('PCA'), in the ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company.  The PDMR has simultaneously transferred shares held in his sole name into a nominee holding account, jointly held with his spouse. The PDMR and his PCA retain the beneficial ownership of these shares. Following these transactions Frederic Vecchioli's total interest in the Company's shares (including those held jointly with his wife), continues to be 1,971,569 ordinary shares.

The relevant notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
