Important events to be reported: Registration with the Trade Registry of the Romanian State payment of the share capital Franklin Templeton International Services S.À R.L., in its capacity of alternative investment fund manager and sole director ("AIFM / Fund Manager") of Fondul Proprietatea S.A. ("Fund"), would like to inform shareholders and investors that on 16 February 2022, the Bucharest Trade Registry registered the Fund Manager's Decision no. 4 of 1 February 2022 by which the payment related to all the unpaid shares held by the Romanian State in the Fund, in amount of RON 189,182,422.00, was acknowledged. Thus, the Trade Registry registered the fact that the Fund's subscribed share capital is fully paid up. The Fund Manager will continue the registration process of the new paid-up share capital with the Financial Supervisory Authority and the Central Depository, and will keep its shareholders and investors updated on the process.
