Rockwood Realisation (AIM: RKW), announces that it received notice on 14 February 2022 that Mr Noel Lamb, Chairman of the Company, purchased 750 ordinary shares in the capital of RKW at a price of 1490.00 pence per Ordinary Share, on 8 February 2022 and 750 ordinary shares in the capital of RKW at a price of 1490.00 pence per Ordinary Share, on 11 February 2022.

Following the purchase, Mr Lamb's resultant holding in RKW is 1,500 Ordinary Shares, reflecting 0.06% of the Company's issued share capital.
