On 22.09.2011, the 21^st meeting of the AD PLASTIK d.d. Supervisory Board was held, during which – among other things - the Decision was passed on the appointment of the Chairman and the Board members of AD PLASTIK d.d. Solin, as follows:

1. As the Chairman of the Board of AD PLASTIK d.d. Solin Mr. Josip Boban, PIN: 81981266283, from Split, Put Meia 11, was appointed.
