The Company announces that it has been informed that, on 11 February 2022, Tim Eckes (Client Services Director) has in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 11,660 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 137.00 pence per Ordinary Share and then repurchased into his Individual Savings Account (ISA), the same number of 11,660 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 137.56 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the completion of these transactions his ultimate beneficial ownership is unchanged and remains at 120,374 Ordinary Shares in total, representing approximately 0.73% of the Company's total voting rights.
