Open Stock Company "Grupa "Aero-kozmička oprema" ("Group "Aero-Cosmic Equipment"), as the transferor of AD PLASTIK d.d. shares, and Open Stock Company "Holding "Autokomponente" ("Holding "Automotive Components"), as the acquirer of AD PLASTIK d.d. shares, delivered to AD PLASTIK d.d., as the Issuer, on 09.09.2011 a joint notification on the changes in the percentage of voting rights, with data as follows:
