The Company announces that it was notified on 10 February 2022 that Margaret Ford, Chairman of the Company, purchased 55,800 ordinary shares of one penny each ("Ordinary Shares") in NewRiver at 89.50 pence per Ordinary Share on 10 February 2022. Following this transaction Margaret Ford holds 106,440 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
