Major shareholder's notification

Pursuant to Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act and Section 55 (cf. Section 56) of the Danish Companies Act, we hereby notify ISS A/S ("ISS") that today Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board ("OTPP") has disposed of 11,000,000 shares in ISS.

Following settlement, OTPP's holding of shares in ISS will constitute 11,394,380 shares of a total nominal value of DKK 11,394,380 corresponding to 6.1 % of the share capital and 6.1 % of the voting rights in ISS.

Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board is a non-share capital corporation organised under the laws of Ontario, Canada under registration no. 950645 with its registered office at 5650 Yonge Street, Toronto, Ontario, M2M 4H5, Canada.
