Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.

On 4 February 2022 the persons named below, who are Executive Directors of Sage, were granted awards over ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in Sage under The Sage Group plc 2015 Performance Share Plan as shown below (the "Awards"). The maximum number of shares that may be acquired on the vesting of the Awards is specified opposite each Executive Director's name below.

No price is payable either on the grant or vesting of the Awards.

The Awards will vest on 2 December 2024, subject to continued employment and the achievement of the performance conditions. The vested shares will be subject to a two-year holding period after the vesting date and will be released on 2 December 2026.

The Awards are subject to malus (withholding) and recovery (clawback).
