Following his appointment as an Operating Partner of Corsair Infrastructure and Non-Executive Director of Kelda Holdings and Yorkshire Water, Russ Houlden has given notice of his intention to step down from the Board of Babcock International Group PLC in July 2022.

John Ramsay will take over as Chair of the Audit Committee with immediate effect.  Russ will remain a member of the Committee until July to ensure a smooth transition.

The Board thanks Russ for his contribution to Babcock and in particular for his work as Chair of the Audit Committee and wishes him well for the future.
