Ad hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 LR

Niederwangen, November 19, 2021, 7.00 a.m. – Valeria Poretti-Rezzonico, Head Corporate HR / Communication and member of the Group Executive Management, will leave Adval Tech at the end of November 2022 and take early retirement. Valeria Poretti-Rezzonico has held a management position at the Adval Tech Group since 2008 and has been a member of the Group Executive Management since 2012. She has played a major role in shaping the development of the Adval Tech Group in recent years. The Board of Directors and the Group Executive Management very much regret Valeria Poretti-Rezzonico's resignation and wish her all the best in the new phase of her life. Information on her successor will be provided in due course.
