Results of Annual General Meeting
The Company is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting held today, 3 February 2022, were approved on a Poll.
The final dividend of 3.50 pence per share in respect of the financial year ended 30 September 2021 will be paid to Shareholders on 10 February 2022. The special interim dividend of 7.00 pence per share, as previously declared, will also be paid to Shareholders on 10 February 2022.
