By virtue of Article 430 of the Capital Market Act (Official Gazette Nos. 88/08 and 74/09 hereinafter: CMA), AD PLASTIK d.d. for the manufacture of components and accessories for motor vehicles and PVC products, 21210 Solin, Matoševa 8, Tax Number 3440494, issued on July 7, 2011, the following

STATEMENT on the release of own shares

AD PLASTIK d.d., Solin, Matoševa 8 (hereinafter: the Company) has released on June 28, 2011, 5,528 own shares pursuant to the Contract on transfer of own shares to a fixed number of employees of the Company as a reward for successful execution of their duties in 2010.

After release of the said number of shares, the Company is in the possession of the total number of 108,832 own shares which makes 2.59% of the total number of the Company's shares.
