In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company notifies the market of the following:

As at 31 January 2022, the capital with voting rights of Unbound Group plc consisted of 42,258,128 ordinary shares of 25p each.  The Company has no shares in treasury.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Unbound Group plc is 42,258,128.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the voting rights of Unbound Group plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
