Industrial REIT advises that the Company's issued capital as at 31 January 2022 consisted of 298,775,175 ordinary shares of EUR 0.000001258 each, of which 7,989,348 ordinary shares were held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 290,785,827.
The figure of 290,785,827 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
