Important events to be reported: Authorization Fondul Proprietatea S.A. as an Alternative Investment Fund Franklin Templeton International Services S.À R.L., in its capacity of alternative investment fund manager and sole director ("FTIS") of Fondul Proprietatea S.A. (the "Fund" / "Fondul Proprietatea"), hereby informs investors that, by Authorization no. 25/28.01.2022, the Financial Supervisory Authority ("FSA") authorized Fondul Proprietatea as an Alternative Investment Fund closed-end type, addressed to retail investors ("closed-end type A.I.F.R.I."), with BRD Groupe Société Générale as depositary. Furthermore, FSA also authorized the amendments to the Fund's Constitutive Act, as approved by the Fund's Extraordinary General Shareholders' Meeting Resolution no. 1 of 14 January 2021 and the simplified Prospectus of Fondul Proprietatea. The amendments to the Constitutive Act will be registered with Trade Registry for entering into force.
