NCC Group plc, (LSE: NCC, "NCC Group" or "the Company"), the leading independent global cyber security and resilience advisor, announces that after nearly five years, Jonathan Brooks, independent non-executive director, will be retiring and stepping down from the board of the Company with immediate effect.

As a result, Jonathan will no longer be a member of the Audit, Cyber Security, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.  Jennifer Duvalier will take on the role of Chair of the Remuneration Committee and in turn Julie Chakraverty will take on the role of designated Non-Executive Director to lead the board's colleague engagement programme (taking over from Jennifer).
