The Company announces that Michael Summersgill, the deputy chief executive officer and a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, exercised nominal cost options on 25 January 2022 under the Company's Executive Incentive Plan (EIP) in respect of annual awards in relation to the financial years which ended 30 September 2020 and 2021 respectively, to acquire 50,764 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares).

Following the above transactions, the number of Ordinary Shares in which Michael Summersgill has an interest is 1,195,818 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.291% of the issued share capital.
