Issue of Equity

On 25 January 2022 Momentum Multi-Asset Value Trust plc issued 50,000 Ordinary shares of 25 pence from Treasury at a price of 188.70 pence per share.

The Company's issued share capital now consists of 49,601,088 Ordinary shares, of which 17,075,240 shares are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company is 32,525,848.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
