Change of Name
The Board of Electra Private Equity PLC ("Electra" or the "Company") announces that in anticipation of the Company's Admission to AIM, which is expected to be effective on 31 January 2022, it has resolved to change the registered name of the Company to Unbound Group plc.
The Registrar of Companies has issued a Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name, so the change of name is now in effect.
The trading symbol (or "TIDM") for the Company's ordinary shares will be changed to UBG with effect from 25 January 2022. The ISIN code (GB0003085445) remains unchanged.
No new share certificates are being issued in respect of existing shares held in certificated form and shareholders should retain their existing share certificates which will continue to be valid.
The Company will continue to operate as an Investment Trust throughout its current accounting period ending 30 January 2022.
