Appointment of Kelly Devine as a Non-Executive Director

Dunelm, the UK's leading homewares retailer, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kelly Devine as a Non-Executive Director. Kelly will join the Board on 1 March 2022, and will be a member of the Audit and Risk, Remuneration and Nominations committees. 

Kelly is President, UK and Ireland of Mastercard, where she has overseen significant market share expansion, business diversification and delivery of high employee engagement. Prior to joining Mastercard in 2015, she held a number of leadership roles at American Express between 2005 and 2015, and was an economics consultant with PwC between 2003 and 2005. Kelly has an Economics degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

No further disclosures are required under LR 9.6.14 with respect to this appointment, and together with her 'persons closely associated' Kelly Devine currently has no beneficial interests in the Company's ordinary shares of one pence each.
