Transaction in Own Shares • Feb 8, 2016

As of February 5, Novozymes has purchased an accumulated 254,000 shares with a
transaction value of DKK 73.2 million under the stock buyback program Novozymes
announced in Company announcement No. 2, 2016 and initiated February 1, 2016.
Under the program, Novozymes will buy back B shares worth up to DKK 2 billion
in total during 2016.
